@alex I read this as "Jazz Hamrock" and was writing up a whole backstory for Porker Harris and the Hambones, and then I reread and was disappointed.

@alex this is a term for a particular phenomenon in the groinal area of a certain flavor of musician in the leather-clad days of the late 70s into early 80s
