in honor of this weekend (Great Backyard Bird Count) please tell me the coolest bird you have seen from your own window or yard

@alex we're spoiled for neat birds, but it's probably gotta be the pileated woodpecker.

@alex I see a lot of the same birds, but I think the coolest customer is a little treecreeper who comes around and is completely unphased by the aggressive robins that try to chase him off. He just happily, nonchalantly hops around, with the robins giving futile chase.

@alex I love seeing hummingbirds at my parents' house in the summer, they put out three feeders on the dining room and living room windows
